After a childhood in Côte d’Ivoire, French-born Rémy Lefebvre started his culinary career in Spain and became head-chef of Michelin star Reno in Barcelona in 2005. During his time in Spain, he has successfully collected various awards and recognitions.

Versatile in his taste and curious of world cuisines he then set off in 2010 to discover the world and garnered experience opening successful restaurant in Qatar, Lebanon, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Grand Cayman where his restaurant was awarded by La Liste and recognized as Best Opening of The World by CNN Travel.

During his journey in Singapore, Chef Rémy deployed his culinary talent with a focus on sustainable sourcing and lifestyle concepts crafting culinary experiences on a large array of cuisines from Mediterranean classics to modern Mexican.

He worked very closely with the ever growing RDG group in Florida and quickly collected recognition in the Michelin guide for Ava, a unique Greek restaurant. Arrived in Arizona few years ago he elevated the gastronomy of Francine, the best French restaurant in Arizona for the past 3 years under his guidance.
